Fox News Host Has Novel Take On What Is Renewable Energy

Greg Gutfeld has some interesting theories about
renewable fuels.
Everybody who wants to battle climate change loves renewable sources of energy:

You know, solar panels, wind farms, that kind of thing. The wind blows, you have wind turbines, you get some energy.

The wind blows some more, the turbines spin, more energy. Renewable!

Some people over at Fox News maybe don't get the concept of renewables. Via the Huffington Post, we learn that fossil fuels are renewable. Who knew?

A couple of weeks ago, Greg Gutfeld, one of the hosts of Fox News' "The Five" isn't that worried about climate change and the people who want to switch to renewable energy

Gutfeld says:  "Isn't fossil fuels the ultimate renewable energy? It's renewed once. It used to be a dinosaur. Now its fuel. How is that not renewable?"

So, um, burning coal and oil will somehow reduce global warming? Maybe he was just trying to be ironic and funny?

I'm not sure where he's going with this, but maybe you can figure it out by watching the clip:
